First5Hitz is a traffic exchange without the need to focus on the timer since it runs automatically. Good for exposure but not for making sales, leads or recruiting.

Pros

Pretty good servers, hardly any time outs, pays for surfing (site is on pending status for wheather it really pays or not), and sites are manually approved for safer viewing.

Cons

For an auto traffic exchange, their products and upgrade costs are a tad high. There's also a verification code from time to time while surfing, which seems rather pointless since this is an auto exchange.

Conclusion

Getting paid 10 cents per 1005 pages viewed seems too good to be true. Let us see if it does pay!
